Great location loved the spa bath in main bedroom very warm nicely set up apartment desided to stay a extra night as we enjoyed our space so much so the first 2 nights we are a ypung family of four two kids an my partner and myself our kids are 6 n 11 and both found our apartment awesome 👌 thanks will come again we loved having the end room number 1

Right across the street from the lake and a short walk to the restaurant area, rooms and bed were comfortable and the spa was great too. The host was lovely, he took my dirty washing and washed it and then gave me a clothes hanger to dry it on, very very helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

There was an incident with the room we had booked at our original motel and they kindly rang around while we were en route (with our permission) and found Le Chalet Suisse for us. We were a little disappointed as we had chosen the first motel for very specific reasons. However, the receptionist at Le Chalet Suisse was lovely and we felt very welcome. We know we were lucky to get the room at short notice at New Year. The location was great, within walking distance of the restaurants and shops in the township and we enjoyed our room with its view over the pool and Bumper Cars to the lake and promenade. Very clean, great shower pressure, and spa bath upstairs. Full kitchenette, two toilets, air conditioning, and the most fabulously comfortable bed. It was so relaxing we decided to stay a second night and they were able to fit us in.

Lake in front, restaurant and mini golf to one side and town literally on other side. So convenient to everything. Great value for $$ and very friendly staff. And the views from the decks amazing.

Great location, five minutes walk from the central waterfront restaurants! Hot tub, pool (too cold to sample) and pretty decent lake views from our front unit. Nice lounge area with fast WiFi, flat screen TV, heat pump, and panel heaters upstairs so we were warm all the way through our stay. Very clean and tidy unit.

Location and price. As solo grand parent with 3 young children i could manage to afford this. And open plan downstairs I could see what kids were doing. Also liked having tv upstairs and down. Was nice and warm upstairs and down.

This was perfect for us. Great location, great pool and spa pool, great kitchen, great to have effectively 3 bedrooms for the 4 of us (parents and 2 kids). One of the fans in the bedroom was broken and the manager went and immediately bought a new one. I wish we'd stayed here longer and we'll definitely be back for another stay!

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable with most essential items in the kitchen that we could cook for the whole family. The gentleman at the reception was kind helpful and thoughtful. Great location. Walking distance to love Taupo sign.

Fantastic location with fabulous views of Lake and easy stroll to restaurants and shops. The bed and pillows were most comfortable we've slept in since arriving in NZ couple of months ago.
